Philosophy

Approached team performance as a set of measurable systems, using detailed physical testing and tactical drilling to maximize collective pressing intensity and positional interchange across the whole team.

Signature mechanics

Universal Rotation

A wide midfielder and a central midfielder swap zones entirely mid-move, trusting that either player is trained to comfortably do the other's job. The whole system presses and rotates as one interchangeable unit.
